Xebec is a Japanese manufacturer of advanced ceramic fibre deburring tools designed for precision CNC machining. Available in South Africa through Vertech, Xebec tools enable automated edge finishing, surface improvement and burr removal directly on the machine, reducing manual labour and improving consistency.

Unlike conventional abrasive tools, Xebec’s ceramic fibre structure maintains consistent cutting performance as the fibres wear, making them ideal for repeatable, high-precision applications in CNC environments.

Xebec tools are engineered ceramic fibre brushes and deburring systems used to remove burrs, improve surface finish and break edges directly within CNC machines. The unique fibre construction ensures stable cutting action throughout the tool life, unlike traditional abrasives which degrade quickly.
