Shipping Information

At Vertech (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient delivery throughout South Africa. All shipping fees and thresholds listed below are exclusive of VAT and are calculated on the order subtotal before VAT at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Standard delivery rates apply to major centres. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may incur additional charges. Where direct delivery to a physical address is not economically viable, delivery may be arranged to the nearest courier kiosk, depot, or collection point. Customers will be notified and provided with collection details where applicable.

Any additional charges for remote or special deliveries will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Orders over R1,000 excl. VAT

  • Free standard delivery
    Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days
  • Optional overnight express upgrade: R100

Orders under R1,000 excl. VAT

  • Standard delivery: R150
    Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days
  • Overnight express delivery: R200

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier schedules, and operational factors.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders on the same business day where possible.

Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or unforeseen supply chain delays, dispatch times may vary.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and tracking link. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us and we will assist.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details, including address and contact information, are accurate at checkout. Vertech (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If no one is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address, the courier may attempt a second delivery or provide instructions for collection at a designated depot, kiosk, or collection point.

While we aim to meet stated delivery timeframes, delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the affected items and their original packaging. We will investigate the matter with the courier and resolve it as promptly as possible.

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and assist accordingly.

Oversized or Special Deliveries

Certain oversized, heavy, or specialised items may require alternative delivery arrangements. Any additional costs associated with such deliveries will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Vertech (Pty) Ltd primarily makes use of The Courier Guy and other reputable courier partners to ensure dependable nationwide service.

Amendments

Vertech (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend shipping rates, delivery methods, and related policies in line with courier adjustments or operational requirements.
