The Haimer 3D‑Sensor Digital with integrated BT40 taper combines the precision of the Universal 3D‑Sensor with a modern digital display, offering clear and accurate measurements for CNC and EDM machines. Its integrated BT40 shank ensures seamless spindle mounting with high repeatability and minimal setup time.

Capable of measuring in all three axes (X, Y, Z), this digital 3D‑Sensor simplifies workpiece alignment by eliminating the need for manual calculation. When the display shows zero, your spindle is precisely aligned with the workpiece edge, no adjustments for the probe diameter required.

The sensor includes a short Ø 4 mm probe tip with a robust ceramic stem to guard against impact damage. An optional long probe tip is available for deeper or hard-to-reach measurements.
