Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Products may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Restocking Fee:
    Returns may, at Vertech (Pty) Ltd’s discretion, incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Refund Policy

  • Refund Amounts:
    Refunds will exclude any costs incurred by Vertech (Pty) Ltd, including but not limited to shipping charges.
  • Refund Timeframe:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

Warranty Claims

  • Handling Warranty Issues:
    Vertech (Pty) Ltd will assist with warranty claims for eligible products. However, these claims are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion and their specific warranty terms.
    • Proof of purchase and a description of the issue are required for warranty claims.
    • Warranty claims may take up to 21 business days to process, depending on the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

Additional Notes

  • Inspection on Delivery:
    We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery. Any issues, such as incorrect or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the matter promptly.
