Free Delivery Within South Africa
All orders placed with Vertech (Pty) Ltd qualify for free delivery to major centers within South Africa.
- Expedited Next-Day Delivery: Free for orders over R1,500 to major centers.
- Economy Delivery (2–3 Days): Free for orders below R1,500 to major centers.
Non-Major Centers:
- For areas outside major centers, Vertech (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to deliver your order to the nearest Courier Guy kiosk for collection.
- Additional charges may apply for direct deliveries to remote locations. These charges will be communicated upon confirmation of your order.
Same-Day Expedited Delivery to Cape Town and Surrounds
We offer same-day delivery to Cape Town and surrounding areas for orders placed and confirmed by 10:00 AM on business days.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched for delivery on the next business day.
- This service is available at no extra cost for qualifying orders over R1,500.
Upgraded Delivery Options
For orders under R1,500, customers in major centers can upgrade to expedited delivery for R100.
Delivery Partners
Vertech (Pty) Ltd’s preferred delivery partner is The Courier Guy, ensuring fast and reliable service.
We may also use alternative courier services when necessary to maintain high service standards and ensure timely delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Timeframes:
- Expedited Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day to major centers.
- Economy Delivery: 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Contact us if you encounter any tracking issues.
Important Delivery Information
- Accurate Information: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Vertech (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet stated delivery timeframes, unforeseen delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors may occasionally occur. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may attempt a second delivery or provide instructions for collection at a designated location.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged items. We will resolve the issue promptly.
- Missing Items: Contact us immediately if an item is missing from your order so we can investigate and assist.
