4. Placing Orders

  • Order Processing: Vertech (Pty) Ltd aims to dispatch all orders on the same day, where possible, for orders placed before 2 pm.
  • Changes or Cancellations: If you need to amend or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order is processed.
  • Rejection of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order, including those that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations.

  • Full Payment: Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Delivery: All orders qualify for free delivery within South Africa. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
  • Regions Covered: We currently deliver within South Africa only. For delivery requests outside of South Africa, please contact us directly.
  • Dispatch and Delivery Times: Orders are dispatched on the same day, where possible. Delivery is typically completed within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delays: Vertech (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns will, at our discretion, incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund Exclusions: Refunds will exclude any costs incurred by Vertech (Pty) Ltd, including but not limited to shipping expenses.
  • Process: Contact us to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
