Haimer 3D-Sensor Digital

The Haimer 3D‑Sensor Digital is a high-precision edge-finding and alignment tool, enhanced with a digital display for real-time readout and minimal error. Designed for use in CNC and EDM machines, this model allows you to fit your own taper (e.g. BT, CAT, HSK), making it a flexible option for various spindle configurations.

It provides precise measurements in all three axes (X, Y, Z), enabling accurate alignment without needing to compensate for the probe ball diameter. When the digital display reads zero, your spindle is perfectly aligned with the workpiece edge, making setup faster, easier, and more reliable.

Included with the sensor is a short Ø 4 mm ceramic probe tip, offering superior resistance to shock and collision damage. A long probe tip is available for extended reach and complex geometry.

This IP64-rated sensor is individually calibrated and tested by Haimer in Germany to ensure reliable, long-term performance. As a certified Haimer distributor in South Africa, Vertech guarantees authenticity and local after-sales support.
